Buxton wedding photographer
Buxton is one of the most photogenic places to get married in the Peak District, with Georgian architecture, parkland and high moorland all within a few minutes of each other.
Elegant backdrops close together
The Pavilion Gardens and the grand Georgian buildings in the town centre give you formal, elegant portraits without much walking. Out beyond town, the moors give you something completely different.
Plan for the weather
The High Peak is higher and cooler than most of Derbyshire, and the weather can change quickly. I always plan a wet-weather option with couples, and some of my favourite photos have come from grey, atmospheric days.
Travelling here
Buxton is at the western edge of where I work in Derbyshire. Travel depends on your venue, and I will agree it with you before you book.
