Peak District wedding photographer

Getting married in the Peak District means big skies, open hillsides and the kind of scenery most couples only get on holiday.

Space for the two of you

Edges, moors and valleys give you room to walk away from the party for a few minutes and have the landscape to yourselves. I keep these portraits short and relaxed, because you want to be back with your guests.

Plan around the weather

The Peaks can be windy, wet and bright, sometimes in the same hour. I plan for all of it with you, and wind and rain often make for the most atmospheric photos.

Plan around timings

Sunset arrives early in winter and late in summer, and remote venues add travel time. Tell me your date and venue and I will help you shape a timeline that gets the best light.

I photograph your day as it unfolds rather than directing it, so your pictures show how it really felt. I would love to hear about your plans, so please say hello with your date, or you can see recent weddings, check prices from £850, or read more about my work across Derbyshire.

I also work in Chesterfield, Buxton, Matlock, Derby, Sheffield, Bakewell, Ashbourne, Belper, Nottingham.
